There is no ranking system at AMT. Your skill is determined based on actual performance in the sport. Muay thai does not have any defined ranking system. Imo any gym that adds something along the lines of a belt ranking system (even if its an armband) is doing it as a money grab to sell belts and testing.
Alex is right. Muay Thai does not have a ranking system in place. We have considered putting one in for our youth program but it would not branch over to the adult program.
