They don't charge after 4pm.
I don't really know, I only visited during the weekend early.
There are fees on the weekends and after memorial day i believe there is a parking fee during the week as well. As for if they charge if you enter after 5 pm and leave before sunset that i don't know, though i would assume not because most places dont.
