I asked that very question to management once. They said it's a public county course. You shouldn't come in looking like a bum, but they won't stop you if you don't have a collar.
Agree no jean but have seen people in jeans playing, as long as you are not dressed like a bum you can play
Played there yesterday. General senus is to just dress casual no Jean's.

They do which is collared shirts, no jeans. Some of the public courses are laxed with the code.
