Jackets are not required. I and the men in my group opted not to where them. We wear long sleeve collared shirts with khakis or dress paints. However a jacket would not be out of place. All the wait staff wear suits with ties.
They used to require a jacket on Saturday night. Not sure if it changed. We usually go during the week and my husband wears a button down.
