This Lake Hiawatha branch is only open for curbside pickup right now (as of July 10 2020) - you can place books on hold to be picked up there via website or can ask them to pull books from you by calling the line or emailing the email on the curbside pickup flier (check the main Parsippany Library page for the flier with the correct contact info and hours). Note they are not doing interlibrary loan at this time, and you have to give at least 24 hours before your scheduled curbside pickup time (there's also a special parking area with numbered parking spots). Also, you return materials in the outdoor dropbox. No word yet on when they will reopen the interior part of the building to the public (the main Parsippany branch on Halsey is looking to reopen on the inside on July 20th but info is forthcoming, and the other 2 branches including this one will have separate plans and dates). Hope that helps!
