My mother in law is diabetic and has a life alert button. If life alert is alerted but it's not an emergency, could a nurse get to her to check her sugar levels and administer insulin? Just on a need to need basis?

Life alert dispatches help. Emergency Medical individuals would be the first on the scene. They are trained medically to assist in emergency situations.
