You might be in a hurry and they might be busy helping others or doing other things that might need to be done . because I have never been dissatisfied with them . I always had good customer service there.
I've never had a b problem with the customer service.
I am so sorry about that. Normally they are not my husband spends a lot of money up there for his shop every week next time you go in there ask for Chris ,hector, Antoine their the main ones that we deal with and your experience will be better with them
