The shop owner offers assistance on projects with yarn purchased at the shop. I haven't seen her working on any crochet projects. Therefore I don't know what her expertise is with that craft.
The owner is knowledgeable about crochet and knit, she even teach classes. You get a discount if you buy the yarn from her.
