I called to ask and Tess said they do not care. So, whatever is easier for you as far as transport. I just dropped off a coffee maker and a humidifier that had a broken piece. It was literally a "drop and go". Ring the bell on the side with the loading dock and wait for someone to come out. It might take a minute, they might be crossing the whole floor to get to the door. :)
