I believe it still ends at 3pm. They start running out by 2pm though so the earlier the better

Agree with Crystal, go early for the best selection. They stop serving Dim Sum at 3:00 PM. Mekong Plaza and Phoenix Palace are better, more items and nicer venue. But they stop at 3:00 PM also.
