Tammy, sorry you had a bad experience. They are very understaffed. That is a corporate decision. They do the best they can with what they have. Always call your order in 5 days in advance. Always call before you go down there. They are also dealing with national shortages as happens from time to time. I would suggest directing your complaints to corporate and make them explain why they feel they can understaff this store when so many depend on it.
Tammy, I've been to this location maybe a dozen times and the staff always seems nice and knowledgeable. I'm sorry you've had problems in the past.
