Yes, having just moved here & trying to find pain clinic with new, knee-jerk over-reactive, gov't response to the opioid OD problem, I was dubious at 1st too. But it's all above-board, law abiding, certified medical clinic that does NOT treat people/patients like most other clinics with their jaded mindset that we're all drug-seeking junkies! Very friendly, non-judgemental staff. It's just a cash basis place except they will use your insurance to bill for labs. Haven't seen my portion yet and still need to call insurance about submitting the monthly consults. After 1st office visit you can opt for video consults & saliva tests you video and mail back. Haven't had much luck with that one yet. Every 6 mos an in-office visit required. You can get a UA lab referral emailed so you can do test at a more convenient lab monthly also. 5 stars for their efforts to really work with me on labs that were unviable through no fault of my own. This is my experience so far for 3-4 mos now. Refreshing
It was to many run around for me. I no longer go there. I hope ur happy there. I found a different pain Dr further away. But so much happier
Hi my name is Gemma, I am actually at the Mayo Clinic here in Scottsdale, I flew in from Hawaii where I live hoping to get help with 2 different illnesses and chronic pain that comes along with it. Iβve been dealing with these problems since I was 15 and I am 30 now. I am now at a point where I am mostly home bound because of the intense pain and I have lost 100 pounds unintentionally over the past year because the of pain gets so intense I canβt eat or even try to get an appetite. I havgetting worse so my doctor in Hawaii said to come to Mayo Clinic, I hope they can help with one of my physical illnesses but I head a bad fall a few moths back and it has left me pretty debilitated. I tried PT for the pain and a few procedures but pain has only gotten worse. It was so refreshing to come across PhusionTherapy and their approach. It gave me hope reading through other patients stories. I can relate. I am going to try to get an appointment while in Arizona. Brenda Biggers
Tests are sent to you, pill counts are done via the video and, saliva tests must be performed in front of video at all times. Hope that helps. I have been extremely pleased to be treated like at person in pain instead of a drug addict. Yes, you do get tests but, it's well worth it to be able to get relief from agonizing pain. I have been going for 3 months now. I didn't review after my first visit because I thought too good to be true but, same great care every time. Call them tell them Brenda referred you and see what they can do. They have been so successful they are expanding their services including a lab on premises.
How much for your appointments?
