Um - hand sanitizer? You can buy some at the gas station Nextdoor if you’re that concerned. In a food truck most of the food is prepped at an offsite commercial kitchen. The use of gloves is all that is really necessary as long as they are being changed frequently.
Its essentially a food truck they have water to wash their hands but as its not a resturant they dont offer restrooms.
Yeah it kinda sucks, but usually when i go i just go and wash my hands inside the convenient store thats right there. You can go while u wait for your order.
