Hi King, thanks for asking. Settlement results aren't solely reflected in a number. The number is the result of many things, sometimes outcomes are limited by limited insurance policies. Nevada only requires a driver to carry 25k for liability accidents. If there are multiple claimants injured, say 3, and there is only a 25/50 policy, and they all require intensive medical care, their settlement outcome will be limited by the low policy limits. However, if a not-at-fault driver understands the importance of purchasing UIM insurance that will cover themself should they be injured by a reckless driver, even if the at-fault driver carries only the minimum policy, they know they have additional coverage available for their damages. A few great examples of good outcomes might be the following: 1) 7 injured by a driver who all made a claim. Policy 250/500. Our client obtained the full 250k, then we kept digging and found the at-fault driver was covered under another 250k policy (even though they weren't named on that policy) and we obtained the other 250k for our client. Why was that a win even though the total outcome was not several million dollars? Because none of the other firms (who represented the other 6 claimants) found the additional 250k policy. 2) client came to us after being rejected by 3 law firms because she had a gap in initial treatment and the other firms said there was no at-fault insurance. Our client carried UIM coverage of 50k and we fought with the at-fault insurance to ensure that the state liability limits were enforced despite the fact the driver was not listed on the policy. Result? 75k for our client, who was told she did not have a case worth taking. 3) 1.5 million dollars in prelitigation. We did not have to go to trial to obtain the limits for our client, saving an additional 7% fee (we've easily repeated this scenario more than 2 dozen times in the last decade). 4) 2.5 mill for a client who was injured by a driver carrying 50k coverage. We tracked the insurance company's behavior and sued them when they didn't make a reasonable offer to our client. 5). Clients came to us after they hired another attorney for a prior accident. The former attorney dropped their case because the insurance company said they didn't believe they could have been injured based on the property damage photos. In reviewing the facts for the second injury, we also reviewed the records for the first accident. We discussed our review with the clients and they agreed we could attempt to obtain limits for both accidents. Which we did. Result? We doubled the amount of settlement for these clients. 6) clients were injured by a DUI driver. We easily obtained the DUI driver limits, and in our investigation uncovered additional insurance after learning the car had only recently been purchased through a private sale, and the seller failed to cancel their liability insurance before the driver injured our clients. We obtained the former owner and the new owner's settlement proceeds for our clients. Don't get me wrong, we also see a lot of sad outcomes too. When no amount of money does justice to the injury and damages suffered by innocent victimes. But we always work to uncover the maximum we can because we care about our clients. The state of Nevada requires only 25/50 liability coverage. They do NOT require you to purchase ANY insurance to protect yourself if you are injured by someone without sufficient coverage to compensate your damages. If you want to know what kind of coverage you have, stop by! Bring your auto insurance declaration page and we'll help you understand it. You'll welcome the peace of mind you have when you KNOW you have protected you and your family. These are just a few examples of the work we do. A number alone could never do justice to what the word "most" means to us. The most merely means the "best" we can do for them within the parameters of their circumstances. We'll always do our best to ensure we make the most of our clients' cases.

Very little $2000 and $2800. And it was such a bad wreck police couldn't believe no one died and we all walked away. We were told our settlements would be thousands above what was finally received. They were misleading, etc.
