Definitely for real. After Harvey we had crews out within the week, remediating houses and helping those who had no other help. The church is committed to being a living presence of our Lord in the community and beyond.
This church is the best and they are a debt free church. I've been a member for a very long time. During hurricane Harvey members volunteered and help us gut our walls cause of flooding. They brought us sandwiches cleaning supplies. You could go and get so many items like food toilet paper it was like a grocery warehouse. Come to church on Sunday and see for yourself and check them out online. You can view bible study classes by teachers on line too. Click on learn and my Sunday school teacher is Dr. Jim Hastings he is also the director of Helping Hands. I love our church.

Not only give a lot to the comunity but it is the only church that I know that never asks for money, they have boxes at the hall and they will never pass the plate.
