I heard there is a train that passes through that area at around 11PM. Is it loud? Can people hear it, and if so, is bearable?

Its not bad at all.. But yes a train goes by

I can hear the train if I listen hard enough, but it really is difficult to hear, at least where I am at. The real problem is people blasting their music, sometimes for hours. It makes the idea of a train pleasant. Much of the apartment windows face the parking a portion of parking, so that's where the real noise comes in.

I'm in the back so I can't hear it but the train is a lot rarer than you'd think anyway.
