Just like Steven said above it's according to what mood they're in it's very easy to change the light bulb you can do it yourself if you try but they might help you with it 9 times out of 10 they will as long as they're not too busy and if you ask the right person
It depends, sometimes they will help you to fix/install stuff 'on the side' . that sounds like something they would do for a few bucks. There is a place on New Utrecht Avenue and like 77th st that would do it for abt $5
