Not understanding why it took so long to take our order or to get our food.. Jennifer was our waiter, she was more concerned with the small baby then her customer...Mm.

We had Chris the other day & he was 'great' ! From start to finish!!! & this restaurant was heads above the On The Brdr on I20 in south Arlington..it was bad there!!!all!!

All restaurants have their moments both good and bad. I have been here multiple times this year. 1 out of 5 times the waitress disappeared for a while. I had to ask another waiter to call our waitress and afterwards we were good. The other times, we had near perfect service. Even with groups 6 or 7. Sometimes the delay in food is the kitchen's fault and not the waitress or waiter but the delay in TAKING your order, yeah that's on the waitress. I say give them another shot, just in case.

I feel all these Tex-Mex chains are a joke when it comes to service. You may as well go to the real Mexican restaurants where they want to make money.
