No. The grounds are free to walk around and have many relics there but the lighthouse is paid entry. Last I knew it was ~$4 for children under 10, $8 for seniors and military, and $10 for everyone else. Inside the downstairs is set as the keeper would have lived in it, upstairs is a military museum, there is the tower and another building with relics to include a torpedo
