There is parking next to the entrance of the reservoir, I would say the trail is pretty safe for a wheel chair, but only when it's in a dryer season. It also depends on the distance and time you wish to travel out there.
Also, at that entrance, from the Elks parking lot, there is a hill...so if you get the wheelchair in, you still have to make sure you are strong enough to prevent a runaway chair going down and be able to push up the hill. Also, the terrain and road 'cover' differs on the different roads...so it would be best to drive there and check it out first
It's right outside the gate. And it would be pretty difficult to get a wheel chair in there.
Depends which entrance you're going to, like in holyoke you park at elks lodge parking area so yea some handicap parking. It's a place to walk so gotta be careful with the rocks on the path
