During the season is $5 for a MA car and $6 for out of state. They usually only have the gate manned ~9-4 Fri, Sat, Sun late spring to fall. Otherwise, if the booth is closed, it's free to enter.

If you are 62 or older you can buy a lifetime pass for all Mass.state parks for $10. I found out by accident when I asked "Senior Discount?" and they set me up right then and there. $10-Lifetime-All State Parks.

If your walking it's free.

No cost in winter, except maybe on federal holidays like MLK day, but honestly usually not even at that. When you do go during charging hours (summer), cost varies if you have in state or out of state plate. Last year's pricing was 5 in state and 6 or 7 out of state. There are no charges to use any of the facilities inside the park, unless you are reserving a building.

If you are from Easthampton, it's free to get in. Would say it's probably the same for Holyoke residents.
