Can I host a birthday party here?

If it's a large party there won't be room less you dance the while night, there's literally like 4-5 small tables and that's it

You could ask, I'm not sure. But depending on how many people are in your party there may not be room. It's a pretty small area with a stage and dance floor plus the bar takes up a large area. There's very few tables. It's a straight bar, not like a bar & grill venue.
