In the summer time and holidays
Little Saigon Night Market is a popular seasonal event during the summer weekend nights at the Asian Garden Mall. It takes place in the open air on the front lot of the mall on Bolsa Ave and Saigon St. There are vendors selling clothing, toys and other trinkets. Food stands provide delicous Vietnamese food and drinks. Barbeque grills fill the air with the sweet smell of pork skewers and other street foods A band and singers provide music for entertainment under the large jumbo screen in the front. Every weekend: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7PM – 11PM June 15 - Sept. 2, 2018
June to first week of September

Nite market happens during summer time sometime in june
i remember they have night market open during summer, but dont remember when it started. only hapen few montjs during summer and closed at midnight.
I wasn't aware of a night market, but I know they have them during holidays like tet.
