Report the site to the BBB. They will let the owner know what's going on. This is the only way to get results. If reporting onsite, it won't work because they cover for each other. Report to BBB.
Honestly, they run the place professionally, the only time that takes a few hours is the first medical intake appointment. Thereafter,if you get there during quieter hours, it's very efficient. Between 9am and 3pm weekdays it's pretty empty. Just notice when it's crowded and try to come other times. I think it's an easy process but you have to take charge of it, when you are donating, pump your fist and move your legs when the band tightens, relax when it relaxes. It does that 3 cycles, last time is the saline. If you pay attention and pump and relax at the appropriate moments, you will be done donating in 45-50 minutes on the chair. It's easy, and it is a fairly noble thing to do, just follow the rules so you stay healthy
