Do they do infant piercings for ears, looking for professional to get my babies ears pierced, with a needle not a gun?

I don't think that they pierce anyone under 13 yrs old.

Just curious if there is a reason in particular that you want a needle over the gun. I think that most places that will pierce infant/children's ears use the piercing gun, in my experience. When I got my child's ears pierced that's all I was able to find.
