No there are no pest problems that I know of although there was recently a fire on the third floor but they are doing repairs to get everything back to normal now I don't know everything about this place but I do have a relative who actually stays on the third floor and tells me a lot about it
Sometimes, they have routine inspections during the year for pest problems.
