Asalamalaikum everyone Brothers and Sisters I have very important question Why Juma pray doesn't start on time ? We work at Airport we have to be at work 2:30 when we have evening shift If pray starts on time we can make it to work

It is mentioned in the Qur'an as: "O you who believe! when the call is made for prayer on Friday, then hasten to the remembrance of Allah and leave off trading; that is better for you, if you know. And when the prayer is ended, then disperse in the land and seek of Allah's bounty, and remember Allah much, that ye may be successful." (Qur'an 62: 9-10)

I agree. It is all fundraising and ambitious people who work there and focus isn’t on religion. The one quoting leave off trade but what about prophet Mohammad SWT hearing even an infant crying and he would rush through prayers so that the mother could focus on her infant? Hilkma brother hikma.
