You do realize that delivering while walking required lots of distance travel by only your foot. Also, you won't even make average money.($6-$10) . If you don't have any budget , at least get a bicycle. Ebike is the best though. If bike or ebike , Manhattan is the best place.
Borrow a bike til u save enough $$$$ n then get a car or motorized bike
Best advice I can give you would be get a speed bike . Save money the get a Chinese scooter. Or e-bike . Scooter being much better they come in motor or electric. But e bike is what everyone uses and its great
