What is required to get help for someone who is living in her truck with two dogs and a canon. She won’t give them up we are unable to help her because we are barely scrapping by ourselves

Not enough information. Do you have some kind of income? SSI, Disability, SocSecur, child support, State or County Aid? CCOG (?) On Industrial Av around the corner from Leaves & Fishes may help. What the heck do you mean by canon? Some of us very low income, already helped by USDA have rooms, in shared homes, available semi permanent for cheap... Rules apply; drug testing; or shared help with fruit & vegetable tree & gardens, grounds maintenance. Work with & share results. If using drugs or alcohol, or won't work, move TO CALIFORNIA! Lose the pets (nobody I know will allow unfamiliar pets, with unknown medical or social issues, on their property with other residents). That would be plumb crazy liability for owner. The canon could be cool...
