Does the pool music not disturb local residents? Are there laws how much decibel the sound level is permitted?

There is no music being played at the pool during normal business hours and after hours are reserved for parties and they can play music and obviously it's fine with no complaints because the residents live more than a block away. Local businesses surround the pool not homes.
