For cash / card customers, they collect $125 up front then any treatment charges when you leave. They recommended a steroid shot in my case, which was just over $30 additional but seems to have worked well.
With in network insurance - there is often just an urgent care copay. We are in network with major insurances, Medicare, and Tricare. - for cash pay an office visit is currently $125
