According to their website: "Restrictions: Drivers must be at least 56" tall to drive karts and at least 56'' tall and 16 years old with a valid drivers license to carry a passenger. Passengers must be a minimum 36'' tall and under 56" to ride. Long hair and loose clothing must be secured before riding."
