why is it so hard to talk with someone on the phone ,you might just get rid of the phones

Agreed. Next time your in, you should go to the contractor desk and while checking out, ask to borrow their phone; and call yourself. I did this once 3 yrs ago, so i would have a direct line; instead of their menu of never ending menu and still "please hold". I would post it here, but that was an old phone; I no longer have that #.

That home depot has horrible customer service.
