Why does no one answer the phone in any department? It doesn't matter what # you push for department the phone just rings. There has to be another #

Skeleton crew working at that location. I was in appliance dept for two hours last week waiting for assistance to buy a washer & dryer set. I went home and bought them on the Lowe's website. It is truly a do it yourself store!

No, there's not another number. I have called before. Recieved an answer. They ask me what dept.. I told them. They said, hold. I did for for about 5 minutes. Then someone different pick up phone and if they could help me. I told them what dept. I was on hold for. They said, hold again. Then phone went back to dial tone. Its best just to go to store in person. Then when you talk to a couple if employees trying find what you need. THEN UOU WILL SEE WHST THE PROBLEM IS!!!
