Yes Lowe's does offer a service of installers and repairman that can do whatever you need them to, but please keep in mind that not all of these people are actually qualified and properly trained so although not all of them by any means but there are a few you would need to really watch yourself.
Normally they subcontract that work out. It's best to call the appliance manufacturer for an authorized repair person.
