What is the policy for sales at this store. My mother bought an item on sale. My son went to purchase the same item 1hour later (when he got off work) and the sales associate changed the price. Said the sale was "expired"? False advertisement.

Have your son bring in the advertisement and his receipt. If the times advertised for the sale and his purchase time line up they'll refund him. I've had that happen before. Just a minor mistake.
