Do they use a hot towel and a real straight razor? I always break out with in grown hairs when barber shops use that 1 use mini razor (Damascus I think it's called) on the back of my neck.

Yes they use a straight razor and hot towel. It is the real deal. Of course if you do not like that just ask and they will skip it and just do it with clippers.
