I say Yes it's a "scratch" kitchen. I mean they don't buy the sub-ingredients pre-prepared. Flour tortillas maybe yet they make their own corn tortillas. Las Casuelas on east 7th is more authentic Mexican Interior/Tex-Mex food. And I'm from the RGV, I should know Mexican food. Most TexMex in Austin is sad.
