Worst service at meat department. Not only that they are rude but they sold us regular meat saying it was ribeye! When I got home and cooked it, it was very hard and ribeye is not a hard meat! I paid 7.99 a pound for nothing.

I rarely buy meat at World Food Warehouse because the wait time can be very long, especially on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. With that said, I've always had good luck with the meat I buy. I always watch as they cut the meat and they will confirm with me that they have an acceptable piece. I can only assume that you didn't watch as they cut your order. Otherwise, any problems with meat selection could have been corrected.

I agree 100%. Stand in line, show them which part you want and watch them cut it. We actually switched from another butcher to these guys, because you can literally request custom cuts.

I love the place. They are very busy and you do have to take care of yourself sometimes. Still great place to shop.

Man we drive 6 hours to come and shop there. And we get our special cuts there. Definitely get the choose your cuts...
