Do you mean break down into pieces? I'm pretty sure the answer is yes. They do have other poultry there too. The duck breasts they have are amazing, you can get a whole duck if you prefer, and I've seen quail there too.
Not sure what "mill a whole chicken" means. You can purchase whole chickens fresh, or buy parts frozen. I buy whole chickens from here often (they are in back not the display up front), they are usually ~4lbs.
