They only take coupons, so you have to buy when you get there
Cash or debit is accepted for coupons, food, drink, games and rides, all use coupons
Everything is based on tickets and they cost a dollar each. You can by your tickets cash or debit/credit cards at multiple locations inside of the fairgrounds
Credit and debit can be used to buy the fair coupons and game credits which most things accept. However, if you go to the vendor tents that sell odd items and want to buy something there, I believe you need cash, though I may be wrong about that.
