Yes they buy junk cars and if I'm not mistaken they will come pick them up as well. They will pay you scrap price, however much vehicles are going for currently not sure if they charge you for coming to pick them up or not.
Do you know anyone in town that would buy a junk car without title but with last registration slip ?
