Are dogs allowed in the lake?

I have seen a few dogs play getch in the lake before. I know that there os no swimming for humans though

Dogs are allowed on a leash if the dog chooses to go in the water that is not illegal AFAIK, what's important is that they be on a leash.

where is the closest restroom

I haven't seen dogs get in it, but I've never seen anyone there to say they can't.
