The Amazon Fulfilment Centers have internal physical security team that have their set up area near the metal detectors for entering the Fulfillment work area (the yellow and black tape line next to the metal detectors) when going past the metal detectors; there are gates to each Fulfillment Centers that allow people with Blue Badges (the Amazon Full-Time) and White Badges (the Intergity Staffing Soultions) Temperaries to enter the building. People with out badges can waiting for Security and talk to them if hired in order to get their badges that have been hired on after the Orientaion the next day. The Police can get called to the building if necessary or if something happens.
As you weren't along the set up you were asking if they were contracted i will answer correctly. The security at this particular Amazon warehouse is in fact contracted through a third party and is NOT internally hired, However they are physically there on the inside of the building.
I don't think a public forum should be a place to discuss security for any building. If you don't work there, you don't need to know how their security is set up.
