Is it the policy of Sprouts to allow customers to transport their dogs in the carts while shopping? I find this extremely disturbing since there are signs posted on the door about service animals only - Happy Valley store does nothing about it!

Per ADA, a company can only ask if the animal is a service animal and what they have been trained to do. There are only two clauses for ejection: the animal is out of control or it is not housebroken. The company is allowed no other recourse under law.
