If the belly of a fish is dark, don't eat it (this rule applies to catfish) that means they're sick. If the catfish are sick all of the fish are sick.
A year or so ago (it could be more as i have no concept of time lol) they totally redid the lake floor. Cleaned it out, resurfaced it. made it a park rule/law of no feeding ducks bread. But what you have to remember all the rain/flooding that ae get, including wated rum off from the roads goes righf into that water. So i without a doubt would not eat the fish. Also I've seen ses the park staff spraying chemicals on the weeds, shixh also ends up in the water.
No

Yes we always do.. there good
My fishes there regularly he and his family they eat what they catch,so yes I would
I wouldn't because I don't like fish but I see people put them in their coolers.
I wouldn't eat the fish here but many people do fish, whether for fun or to actually eat the fish I'm not aware.
@Ericka do you fish here? Chaparral?
Probably ok with the stocked fish
