This mall is still open except many stores aren’t there. However, PacSun is still open and has so many different styles and selections to chose from when it comes to clothing and I recommend everyone check it outt

Isn't City Place the new construction that is paused right now, ie, the big hole in downtown? The front part of the old Burlington Mall is still open with a few stores, one of the being PacSun
