I would not say a "lot" of bulk products but they do have some such as Walnuts, grains ect for a fair price. You should call during normal business hours to see if they have what you are looking for.
Natural Grocers is known for their variety of bulk nuts, seeds, candy in the refrigerated section. They also have a large selection of bulk Herbs, Spices, and Teas. The 3rd section has bulk flours, beans, rice, dried soups and milk, and more. NOTE: ALL of their bulk foods are pre-packaged--NOT in bins to be scooped out! I agree that it's best to call them if you require an odd item.
They are hands down the highest quality grocery store in the valley. If you want quality ABOUT as high as the local farmers market. They are where to shop.
