I use to work for Dollar Tree but had to get done because a family member was in management. why can the Berlin, VT Dollar tree have a asst. manager and her daughter (cashier) working together when i couldn't .

It depends on if its actually owned by the corporation or just a franchise each store has it's own polices and bylaws you probably want to check into that
