First register in line to get a state issued number. Then you have to go to a certified doctor. Pay their fee and then they will certify you, if you qualify. If you qualify, they submit you to the state and you will complete your registration, pay $50 and they will send you an ID Then you can go to a dispensary. They are all cash only and you must bring your card
